This location sits on an adjacent lot, making it only natural to call it "UnCork'd".

Just like The Cork, UnCork'd serves starters and meals with as many locally-sourced ingredients as possible. Chef Noah Tellez was brought in by The Cork's Executive Chef Matt Kraiss to create a wide-ranging menu full of unique dishes and flavor combinations that will tantalize the most discriminating tastebuds!​

As for our cocktail program, manager Erin O'Flaherty mixes delicious flavor combinations and also crafts beverages to suit each guests individual tastes. He's built a beverage program that includes Guinness on tap, select wines and a high-end
